Refund Policy
  • 7+ days before start: Full refund or free transfer to the next available batch.
  • 3–6 days before start: 50% refund or transfer to another batch (one time, same course).
  • Less than 3 days / no-show: No refund. Participant may be allowed to attend a future batch subject to seat availability.
  • Course cancelled by SMS Training: Full refund or free transfer within 30 days.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
